We want you to feel confident and supported on your menopause journey. This Refund Policy forms part of the MenoEase Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made through our website.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
1. Overview
MenoEase sells consumable dietary supplements. Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, refunds and returns are subject to strict conditions.
Refunds are not automatic and are issued solely at the discretion of MenoEase, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
2. 60-Day Happiness Guarantee (First-Time Customers Only)
We encourage new customers to try our products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under our 60-Day Happiness Guarantee, subject to the conditions below.
2.1 Eligibility for the 60-Day Happiness Guarantee
To qualify:
- The request must be made within 60 days of delivery
- It must be your very first purchase with MenoEase
- The refund request may cover up to two (2) bottles maximum
- Refunds apply only to the product price paid
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Unless otherwise instructed by our support team, you do not need to return the bottle(s) to receive a refund under this guarantee.
3. 60-Day Refund Window (General Framework)
Outside the 60-Day Happiness Guarantee, refund requests may be considered up to 60 days from delivery, subject to the conditions in this policy.
This 60-day window does not override hygiene, safety, or consumable-goods restrictions described below.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items (Critical)
Due to hygiene and safety regulations applicable to consumable health products:
❌ Opened, unsealed, used, or tampered products cannot be returned and are not refundable, except where required by law.
This includes products where:
- The safety seal has been broken
- Capsules have been removed
- The product has been partially or fully consumed
This rule applies regardless of satisfaction, results, or personal experience, except as explicitly allowed under Section 2 (60-Day Happiness Guarantee).
5. Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests submitted outside the applicable refund window
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow directions
- Orders returned without prior written approval
- Free gifts, promotional items, or bonus products
- Shipping, handling, customs, or duties
6. How to Request a Refund

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing times depend on your payment provider (e.g. Stripe, card issuer)
- Original shipping and handling costs are not refunded
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact MenoEase before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Refunds may be denied if a chargeback is initiated without prior contact. We reserve the right to contest disputes and submit this Refund Policy, order records, and shipping confirmations as evidence to payment processors.
9. Abuse, Fraud & Policy Misuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we identify:
- Repeated or excessive refund requests
- False or misleading claims
- Abuse of satisfaction guarantees
- Attempts to circumvent product usage or return restrictions
Such activity may result in account restriction or permanent purchase bans.
10. Policy Changes
This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply unless otherwise required by law.
