Welcome to MenoEase. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (“Services”). By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our website or purchase products from MenoEase.

By ordering, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.



2. Health Disclaimer

MenoEase provides dietary supplements designed to support women during perimenopause and menopause.

However:

  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Information on this website is for educational purposes only.
  • Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for you.


 

3. Product Use

You agree to use MenoEase products only as directed on the label and/or product page.

Improper use may result in reduced effectiveness or unwanted side effects. We are not responsible for misuse of the product, use contrary to directions, or use in combination with substances or medications that may create adverse effects.


 

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or reject orders at any time

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, and we may refuse service where we suspect fraud, abuse, resale activity, policy circumvention, or unlawful conduct.

4.1 Payments Processed by Stripe

Payments are processed through Stripe (a third-party payment processor). We do not store complete payment card details. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms and policies.

We may use payment verification and anti-fraud checks. Orders may be held, cancelled, or refunded if they fail verification.


 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

5.1 Estimated Delivery Time

Average delivery time is approximately 5 working days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

5.2 Delivery Complaints Window

If your package has not arrived, you may submit a delivery complaint only after 10 working days from the shipping confirmation date. Complaints submitted before this timeframe may not be processed.

5.3 Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout
  • Failure to collect packages when delivery attempts are made
  • Customs holds, import restrictions, or local carrier issues

5.4 Risk Transfer

Once an order is handed to the carrier and a tracking number (or shipment confirmation) is issued, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer, except where prohibited by applicable law.


 

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee subject to the conditions below and the Return Policy page.

6.1 Hygiene / Consumable Goods Rule (Important)

Because supplements are consumable health products, opened, unsealed, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund, unless required by applicable law or the product is defective on arrival.

6.2 Eligibility Conditions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The request falls outside the return window
  • The product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
  • The product has been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with
  • The request lacks required order information or evidence requested for investigation

We may require proof of purchase, photos, or additional information to evaluate claims.


 

7. Subscription Terms

If you sign up for a subscription:

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal
  • You may cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges
  • Prices or terms may change, and we will provide notice where required

You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription. Charges already processed for a current period may be non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.


 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, product designs, photos, and videos—is the property of MenoEase and/or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, license, or distribute any content without written permission.


 

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with site functionality or security
  • Attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access
  • Distribute harmful software, malware, or viruses
  • Engage in fraudulent purchases, refund abuse, or chargeback abuse

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently block access for suspected violations.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, practices, or availability. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.


 

11. Stripe Disputes & Chargebacks (Dispute-Optimized)

Customers agree to contact us first at support@meno-ease.com before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback, and to provide reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

For dispute purposes, the customer agrees that the following may be used as evidence of authorization and fulfillment:

  • Stripe payment confirmation records
  • Order confirmation records
  • IP address and device/session data (where available)
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking/handover proof

11.1 “Item Not Received”

Carrier handover and tracking issuance constitute fulfillment actions. Delivery delays, customs delays, or missed delivery attempts do not automatically constitute non-delivery.

11.2 “Not as Described”

Dietary supplements may affect individuals differently. Lack of perceived results or subjective dissatisfaction does not constitute misrepresentation where product information and disclaimers were presented at purchase.

11.3 Refund Disputes

Refund refusal is valid where products have been opened or used, due to hygiene and safety rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We reserve the right to contest disputes/chargebacks and submit relevant documentation to Stripe and card networks.


 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

MenoEase and its employees are not liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
  • Health outcomes resulting from misuse of products
  • Reliance on information provided on our website

Your use of our products and website is at your own risk. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.


 

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access to the website or that content is error-free.

Where warranties cannot be excluded by law, they are limited to the maximum extent permitted.


 

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MenoEase, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of any applicable law or third-party rights

 

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, supply chain interruption, natural disasters, or governmental action.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.


 

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.


 

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with any referenced policies posted on the website) constitute the entire agreement between you and MenoEase and supersede any prior communications.


 

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
